TEFLON

 

The teflon coating is realized thanks to an innovative dipping technique very adapt for galvanic processes using temperatures higher than 160°C.

The PTFE has got some particular features such as:

 

• Chemical inertia, so it can’t be attacked by almost all chemical compounds;
• Complete insolubility in water and in any organic solvent;
• Excellent technical qualities;
• Excellent fire resistance: it doesn’t propagate the flame;
• Excellent superficial smoothness: the coefficient of friction is the lowest among the industrial products;
• It is nonstick.
